File a claim:

In order to facilitate your claim, you should have the following handy.

• Product registration / Serial #
• Email used during purchase or registration
• Customer #
• Date and time of damage
• Image of damage

One you have these details, please go to our claims form. 

Expect a response within 1 business day, many times much sooner.
